- Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time Orders placed before 10am PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed on the next business day. During the peak holiday and Christmas season, there could be possible delays at a UPS facility. FoxConnect.com is not responsible for delays that may arise which are beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time. It is highly advisable that you order well in advance during this time to ensure delivery before Christmas.
FoxConnect ships through UPS. We currently offer UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air methods of delivery. Please note that all orders to Alaska and Hawaii must select the 2nd Day Air method for delivery.
Where We Can Ship Orders
FoxConnect ships to any of the 48 lower states, Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship any orders to a Post Office Box or overseas. For more information on purchasing FOX movies in other countries, please visit http://www.foxinternational.com
If your order contains any preorder items then all items will be held until that preorder date. Your confirmation email will indicate the estimated shipment date that your order will arrive.
Tracking your order
You will receive a ship confirmation email with a UPS tracking number after your shipment has left our warehouse. Please enter this number at http://www.ups.com to see when you can expect delivery.

If you have any problems with your order from FoxConnect, please fill out the Contact Form and we'll be happy to assist you. All claims must be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Undelivered or damaged goods will be replaced or your purchase price refunded at Fox’s discretion. You will need a Return Authorization number to return items purchased from FoxConnect. If you purchased a product from a retailer and there is a problem, please return the item to the retailer. If you were told to contact the manufacturer, then please email email@example.com or call 888-223-4369.
We will gladly replace any defective unit or product damaged during shipment at no additional cost to you within 30 days of purchase, pending availability of the product. Please call 888-223-4369 M-F 8am-5pm PST or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping label for your return.
We will offer a full refund for items unused and in resalable condition within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Once item is inspected a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping charges from the original invoice) will be credited to the customers PayPal account. Q: Can I use multiple discounts or coupons when ordering?
A: Unless specifically noted, only 1 coupon code or discount can be used at a time on a single order. If you would like to take advantage of different offers you may have received on specific titles, please submit separate orders for each offer.
