Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: Orders placed before 10am PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10am PST will be processed on the next business day. During the peak holiday and Christmas season, there could be possible delays at a UPS facility. Foxstore.com is not responsible for delays that may arise which are beyond our control, but we'll always do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time. It is highly advisable that you order well in advance during this time to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Shipping Carrier: FoxStore ships through UPS. We currently offer UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air methods of delivery. Please note that all orders to Alaska and Hawaii must select the 2nd Day Air method for delivery.

Where we can ship orders: FoxStore ships to any of the 48 lower states, Hawaii and Alaska. We cannot ship any orders to a Post Office Box or overseas. For more information on purchasing FOX movies in other countries, please visit http://www.foxinternational.com

Tracking your order: You will receive a ship confirmation email with a UPS tracking number after your shipment has left our warehouse. Please enter this number at http://www.ups.com to see when you can expect delivery.

Upcoming release information: For more information on new and upcoming DVD or VHS releases, please email foxdrop@4icc.com or call 1-888-223-4369. You can always pre-order movies in advance at http://www.foxstore.com. All pre-ordered items will be billed and shipped on their respective street dates.

Payment Options: FoxStore accepts credit card payments made with a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We also accept payments made with Google Checkout.

Forgot my password: Your login is the email address you entered when you registered at FoxStore. Click here if you have forgotten your password and would like to retrieve it.

Order Issues: If you have any problems with your order from FoxStore, please fill out the Contact Form and we'll be happy to assist you. All claims must be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need a Return Authorization number to return items purchased from FoxStore. If you purchased a product from a retailer and there is a problem, please return the item to the retailer.
